Always antibiotic-free and hormone-free, our cattle graze on 125,000 acres of natural land in Northern Arizona. This stress-free environment combined with a balanced ration diet produces exceptionally high quality beef.
Our Full-Blood Wagyu Beef is 100% genetically pure Japanese Wagyu with a Tajima lineage. Our finishing period of 575 days and harvest target of 32 months allow for high quality marbling and flavor.
This 50-50 Angus/Wagyu Cross is raised on a finishing period of 500 days and a harvest target of 28 months to optimize the unique marbling and flavor.
